Property Listing Agent
This job involves assisting sellers throughout the entire process of marketing and selling residential properties in Dubai.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Listing Agents will be receiving incoming calls from all Sellers and Landlords
- Effectively and actively developing product range and quality
- Sourcing properties required by the Sales and Leasing Departments
- Assisting the Sales team in arranging property viewings and negotiating with sellers throughout the sales process.
- Following up on all paperwork as necessary and ensuring that accurate and up to date information is available for entry into relevant database programs.
- Ensuring an effective working relationship with owners and briefing your immediate manager promptly on any significant issues arising from those contacts.
- Conducting any communication with landlords and Elysian staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensuring, as far as possible, that complaints and concerns are attended to speedily and satisfactorily.
- Maintaining accurate records on properties, clients and landlords. Any and all paperwork, documentation, contact details, reports or lists generated will remain the property of Elysian Real Estate.
- Problem solving and trouble shooting within the division as required.
- Ensuring that any correspondence generated is prepared in accordance with established company guidelines with regard to accepted forms on punctuation and grammar, layout, format and standard, and is of a high professional standard. This will include the use of standard templates where applicable, following established processes and routines, and the use of standard signature blocks.
- Carrying out any duties that may arise or as directed, that are in support of Elysian Real Estate and it’s various divisions.
